SPECIAL MEMBERS ONLY WORKSHOP
The University Club & Triangle NACE are proud to present "THE PHILOSOPHY OF SERVICE" with world renowned trainer and speaker, Charles Anderson. Please join us from 9 am to 6 pm at the University Club in Durham for an all-day workshop & training for your team's leadership.
When done right, servant leadership pervades organizations from the chief executive down to the front of the line. Charles Anderson's training will help you educate, support, and empower your team through the special lens of service. Based on specific history, culture, and environement, he'll work with attendees to identify the 'why' behind each team member's reason for choosing service, which enables them to build their own unique service culture founded on teamwork. All profound service experiences require a vision, and as a group, workshop attendees will develop customized service culture vision based on the "relationship with service" that we desire our organizations to have with customers, clients, and guests.
Our gracious hosts, the University Club, will be offering a light breakfast, snacks & refreshments throughout the day, as well as a buffet lunch. The workshop is open for registration to NACE Members and up to 5 team members ONLY. Spots are VERY LIMITED for this one-time workshop. Be sure to REGISTER EARLY and reserve spots for you and your team leadership.
