April 10th, 2013 Chapter Meeting: Wine, Dine and Avoiding Time
What a great night for a fun event at 1705 Prime in Raleigh, it almost felt like summer out!
Rocky Top Catering, the exclusive caterer for 1705 Prime, provided an incredible 4-course meal complete with butler passed hors d'oeuvres. The chef featured Slow Roasted Pork Belly served with Savory Sweet Potato Bread Pudding & Mango BBQ Sauce, Pimento Arancini with Green Tomato Chow Chow, Pot de Creme with Nutella Whipped Cream and more....
